It is essential to all our nurturers that we share this strong relationship with all children and their families, as we know this is the golden thread which ensures children thrive. Thank you for your comments regarding our nursery gate. Our security and safeguarding policies and procedures are rigid; and at times we recognise that parents may be asked to wait whilst we gather children's belongings and of course prioritise those in our care before rushing to gates. Safeguarding is at the forefront of our practice and something which was highlighted in our most recent Ofsted report. Thank you again for your great recommendation.
