NM, Thank you for highlighting this in a review of us at Day Nurseries. I am glad that you were happy with the care and that your little one received saying our carers are 'pretty good'. We also find them to be an exceptional team of carers and I know your child had a lovely time with us. As you know when you informed us on 10 June that you had already left we sent you an email, asking you for details so that we could follow the local authority funding protocols - the termly funding was already paid so there was nothing more to claim by us. We wrote again on 17 & 20 June, and still to this date (August) we have not had any response from you. We need you to contact us in order for us to hand over the funding. It is an established protocol that we have to follow, with guidance from the local authority, in order to do this. We are happy to pay over monies to other nurseries when this is instigated by the parents, but we do need you as the parent to actually talk to us direct, so please do.
