Hello, thank you for sharing your experience. We create a home-from-home feel in our setting and care for all the children in our setting greatly.  As you are aware our setting holds no tolerance to bullying and we strive to ensure our positive behaviour policies are upheld and we follow a nurture-based approach to supporting children's behaviour and well-being. We were certainly sad to see your child leave in October, as the staff create such meaningful bonds with the children in their care.  We wish you and your child well in your new setting.
