Hi Shey, thank you for your feedback. We are passionate about family partnerships and will always include parents/carers in discussions or plans regarding a child's well-being and education. Meetings are essential for our teams and families to be transparent and to ensure the best plan is made for each individual child. I'm sorry you felt these were unhelpful for you & appreciate your other feedback about setting actions beforehand. We want to continue being open and honest with families, whilst also adhering to our policies for each child's safety. At nursery, we're committed to supporting children to manage their feelings and behaviours, and we respect parents' decisions on early leave dates e.g. if they are preparing for school. Leaving for school is both a pivotal milestone and a significant change, which is why we have our school readiness program for all children.
