The childcare sector has faced some challenging times recently and Sunbeams were not exempt from this, we are pleased to say that we are through our hard times now with a consistent team and new management in place, unfortunately, the concerns raised in your review happened under previous management, we apologise for this experience. We can offer reassurance that our team have received extensive training to ensure the safety of all children and families.
