We apologise that your experience at our nursery did not meet your expectations. You refer to inaccuracies that are not a true reflection. We haven't used an agency for over a year, but we understand that consistency is paramount for children. Significant steps have been taken to eradicate the rodent issue, there has been no further evidence of rodents since Aug'23. The safeguarding issue you refer to is misleading. A member of the public saw a child that did not attend our nursery, outside the nursery. Staff acted swiftly to protect the child, bringing them into our nursery. Protocols were followed, and the police were contacted. We are proud of the team for acting fast and putting the child's safety first. You have not been at the nursery for almost a year, you have not seen changes that have been made by the new management team, who work incredibly hard. We have been overwhelmed by support from parents with the changes made, we would like to thank everyone for their ongoing kindness towards our fantastic staff team.
