For the occasion you are referring to, when the nursery opened late, we are very sorry and understand the inconvenience this caused. Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen delay in our full team arriving on site, we had to prioritise opening safely. We take our safeguarding obligations seriously and would like to reassure you that if any concerns had been raised to us, they would be addressed in line with our policies and procedures. The children are at the heart of what we do and we are incredibly disappointed by your suggestion that they are not. All children are assigned key workers and we understand the importance of this to ensure our children feel safe and secure at nursery.
