I understand you were initially unhappy about our notice period. This led on to your refusal to provide the correct notice to reduce days, giving the reason about being unhappy with the care provided. We tried very hard to discuss this issue with you so that we could agree on an action plan specific for your child. You refused to have a face-to-face discussion about the issue when the manager suggested it, and became rude and offensive at any suggestions made. After reading messages sent via our communication app and receiving other allegations about your behaviour, I had no choice but to send you our Conflict Resolution with Parents and Aggressive Behaviour Policy. I also sent you our complaints procedure and offered you the chance to discuss the issues with me directly. You didn't do this and became abusive to me also. Your complaint to CIW about this matter was investigated and they took no further action, and no recommendations were made.  Vicki Buttle - Director
