However, we are sorry to hear that the new intercom system is causing some frustration for you. As with any new system, there can be some teething issues, which are being resolved as quickly as possible. We talked to our nursery manager and she noted that parents and her team are becoming more familiar with the new system and the process will become easier as it beds in.
