We are so sorry that you have left feeling this way, as this is not what we want at all. I do appreciate that there were a number of staff changes within a short period of time, this was due to four of our team members leaving to go on Maternity leave within a month of each other. Whilst we appreciate this can be unsettling to have so many changes, we of course were supportive of these team members as this was a celebration for them personally and ensured to spend time focusing on supporting the children with the changes that had happened. Within the preschool room, there is an age gap between the youngest and oldest child, however, we adjust our practice to suit each child. We are still aiming to get a garden for the setting, however, have found huge benefits in taking the children on daily walks to explore the local community. We are very lucky that Windlesham is a beautiful village with much to offer, and feel that the children have fantastic learning opportunities on our outings.
