Dear N, We are so sorry that you are not happy with the nursery's policies. We tried to explain verbally that your child eats his snacks well whilst in nursery and drinks water throughout his time here. Our nursery has a Healthy Eating Policy and we have received the Healthy Early Years London Silver award last December which states exactly what we need to do in this regard. Our menus have been reviewed and follow the "Eat Better, Start Better" guidelines. We asked you to email the nursery because you were very aggravated and we didn't have a chance to explain the reason why we cannot accept juice in the nursery, not to complain and much less to review our nursery without giving us a chance to explain our policies and procedures.
