I strongly disagree with your review. We communicated with parents at least 30 days before any changes. The problem is when we make improvements and changes, not everyone is happy when we do this. Overall, the majority of our team is still in situ since Daisy Fays took over from the previous provider, which says a lot. Our team do a fantastic job caring for and educating the children. You have marked learning, activities, management, safeguarding and care all down, while staff receive 5 stars. Our team provide excellent care so your reviews are ambiguous, surely they should all be 4 or 5 star. As for marking food down as 1 star, I am astonished how you can feel that providing a fresh hot lunch every day is 1 star. Since our takeover, we have renovated several areas, which include the baby room, toilets, and perimeter fencing. I am afraid you are very short-sighted at what we are trying to achieve.
