Thank you for your feedback. Our records show you were offered a trial period as part of our admissions policy to check your child's suitability for an in-term vacancy. The group we had a vacancy in at the time was unsuitable for your son, and you were advised to wait until the following term when we could accommodate him in a more suitable group. We understand it can be incredibly frustrating to wait for a vacancy, but as an oversubscribed setting, many of our parents have to wait patiently for a place. Our admissions processes and all policies were explained to you in writing before you accessed our setting. You raised no concerns about staff or the setting during the brief period your child attended. We encourage all our children to laugh throughout the day, including storytime.  Your son was happy in our care and we received a positive farewell message from you, so we are surprised by this feedback now.
