Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We take all concerns regarding our children's safety and well-being very seriously. We have thoroughly investigated this incident and spoken with all staff involved. On the day in question, your son needed a clothing change but did not have any spare clothes in his bag. Following our policy, the staff used a clean pair of bottoms which were tied securely with the drawstring. Unfortunately, while playing outside, the bottoms came undone. We understand this would be concerning for any parent, and we sincerely apologize for any distress caused. We have taken this opportunity to reiterate our lost clothing procedures with the staff and will be exploring additional ways for clear communication with parents regarding spare clothes in children's bags.
