Thank you for taking the time to review our nursery and for your lovely comments about our space and staff team. Parent feedback is vital to our efforts in continuously developing our service and ensuring children have the best possible nursery experience. We understand key person changes can be a concern for our families, however, recent personal circumstances and career changes for members of our team have meant this has unfortunately been inevitable. Please be assured our focus remains on a continual drive to raise standards of care and education and my previous offer of a face-to-face meeting still stands if you would like to discuss this further. We pride ourselves on having a strong partnership with our families and I will be taking the time to reflect with my team on how we can strengthen our parent forum to improve communication and ensure the feelings and ideas of all families are well represented.
