Dear WL, I note that your child left Mornington House for school, rather than another nursery, last July. We are disappointed that you have chosen to post on public forums rather than meeting with us, while your son was attending the nursery, to discuss any concerns. Please note that much of what you have written in your review is incorrect - eg in relation to funding and bank holidays. The process regarding the application of sun cream is set out in our policies, and children do not play video games at nursery, they may sometimes access the computer, with a member of staff, to research discussion points or use programmes that assist with learning specific skills. None of these points were raised with us while your child was attending, otherwise we could have discussed these issues and how best to allay any concerns, as per our policies.
