Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your son's withdrawal. I did request the reasons for his withdrawal on the 6 March but there was no response. Upon receiving your concerns on January 18th, I promptly responded and initiated an investigation, which was escalated to the staff on January 19th. No further complaints or concerns were raised by yourself and your child was always happy within the setting. In fact, so happy - I miss his presence in the room. I did, however, reach out on the 13th of February as I do with all concerns/complaints made. I wanted to ensure that the situation had improved to your satisfaction, and I'm glad to hear that you indicated improvements via email on both February 13th and reconfirmed on the 14th.
