Thank you for your review, It concerns me greatly to read this as Child First Aylesbury Nursery pride ourselves on our parent partnerships and being a reflective practice. We have an open-door policy and encourage all parents to express any concerns that they deem necessary to ensure we are always providing the best care possible for all children and their families. The nursery has a housekeeper who keeps the nursery clean and tidy and also an evening cleaner who supports with the cleanliness of the nursery.  The nursery has strict Policies & Procedures in place for all staff to follow to ensure the smooth running of the nursery. Parents are welcome to request these at any time. All staff who work at Child First Aylesbury Nursery adore the children and want the best for every child in the setting. I am deeply sorry you didnt feel the experience at Child First Aylesbury Nursery was a good one and we wish you and your family all the best in the future.
