We were genuinely sorry and surprised to receive your review. The well-being and happiness of every child in our care are our top priorities, and we regret to learn that we fell short of your expectations. Two months ago, your child departed from our nursery citing that the nursery was too far from home. At the time, our nursery manager reached out to you to offer support and assistance, and you did not raise any concerns or issues. We do wish you had informed us about your concerns, as we take all feedback very seriously and would have taken immediate action to address them. Our caring, dedicated and experienced team have been with the nursery for many years and are frequently highly praised in other reviews and feedback from parents. Regarding your child's key worker, when starting in our baby room, we do like to wait for children to settle in before assigning a key worker. This way, we can choose the key worker that the child naturally bonds with during this initial phase.
