Thank you for taking the time to write a review, though we are disappointed with its content we can appreciate your feelings. As you have transferred to one of our other branches we appreciate that it is not with our company or service you are not happy with just in particular one of our staff members who happens to be one of our experienced managers. It is with sadness that we have not had the opportunity to discuss this situation either prior to you relocating your child to our other setting and or since transferring. Children with neurodiversity have different strengths and challenges and as a result, require understanding to enable them to meet their full potential, it has always been our intention to support all children with both neurodiversity needs and children who do not have these challenges. I am pleased that your child appears happy to attend nursery and engages well with children.  I am happy to meet with you to discuss your feelings at any time to discuss and resolve this.
