Dear Parent, We are disappointed to read your review of Monkey Puzzle Woodford. In the Early Years Sector, we are governed by the Early Years Foundation Stage 2024, the Children Act 1989 and Keeping Children Safe in Education 2023. We have a legal responsibility to share concerns around children's wellbeing and safety and are guided by the Local Authority Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub as to when a referral is needed. We understand that this is a sensitive and upsetting situation for you and your family. Our Senior Operations Manager contacted you prior to your review to arrange to meet to discuss our safeguarding policy and procedures but this was not accepted.
