Good evening - I understand it can be difficult to leave your little one when they're crying. I can assure you that if there were any issues at all, or if your child was upset for any extended period of time, the team would absolutely call you (whilst offering lots of cuddles and affection to help them feel safe and secure). We make sure to only employ the most passionate and dedicated practitioners in our nurseries, and it is great to see that this is reflected in your daughter's development.
