After discussing the situation with you from November 2023 and March 2024 being the first time the nursery was made aware of your concerns, I want to assure you that our staff followed our policies and procedures to ensure your child's well-being and safety were maintained and as a nursery, we cannot get involved in personal and domestic disputes.
