Dear parent, <br>Whilst we appreciate your time completing the review, we find it to be unfair and untrue. I have spoken to the Nursery Manager at length about your points raised, who will call you to arrange a meeting. I can assure you that the manager and staff uphold the highest standards of care and education, and when parents want reassurance, they work closely with them and welcome any feedback. The room is run by a Room Leader who is consistent, and your child also has a key worker who along with the Manager and Deputy speak to you on a very regular basis trying to reassure you, in person, on the phone and email. With regards to the app, as a new parent you would have been explained how we offer feedback and why on your show round, communication is far more beneficial and personal face-to-face/telephone rather than a computer screen. We also find it important to show the children pen and paper rather than staring at a computer screen. Many thanks
