One of the things I am very passionate about is we tweak our care to suit every individual child but also their parents/guardians. This starts by getting to know all family members. As a mum myself, it used to really annoy me when I was referred to by my child's name followed by 'mum' and not Lucy, so I always encourage the staff to get to know the parents. Ultimately, they are leaving us with their most precious item so it's absolutely essential they are familiar with the staff and we are with them, especially for safeguarding reasons.<br>It is so lovely to hear what a positive experience you have had with us for a variety of reasons.
