We are very disheartened to read your review, as we pride ourselves on our robust policies & procedures in these areas and know that we provide a safe, loving environment for the children in our care.
Our sickness policy and “well child tool”, are widely available on our nurseries website - www.nfamilyclub.com/policies. We’re very proactive about communicating with parents when a child isn’t well enough to attend and are disappointed that you’ve perceived our sickness policy as being in any way commercially motivated.
Complaints are taken seriously and are discussed with both the Manager and Regional Director, as per our complaints policy which can also be found on our website. We are confident that we followed our policies in this case, and Ofsted has also signalled to us that they are satisfied with how the complaint has been handled. Becky, Manager
