Unfortunately, I don't agree with your comments and they are contradicting. You rate our staff 5 star, but you have down graded cleanliness, care, food/nutrition, safeguarding, learning, activities and management.  Surely this is all part of our amazing workforce that provide care to your child and should be rated equally? As for resources do you know how much Daisy Fays spends per month and when was the last time you visited the inside of the nursery? I am sure you have noticed that we have recently renovated the baby room and installed a brand new 'secure' fence. Ongoing and future projects, include new preschool toilets, relocating our boiler and oil tank to create a better outside space, new roof and a newly renovated preschool from September 24.  We are not the cheapest nursery, but saying it costs too much, especially for Cornwall??? I would love to tell you how much it really costs to open our doors at Falmouth and am happy for you to meet our manager to discuss further.
