As a nursery, we are committed to ensuring every child has the best possible education and experience. <br>Within our nursery, we have a SENDCO lead as a key member of our team trained in supporting team members and working with children who have specific needs and challenges including speech, language, and other neurodiverse conditions. We provide accredited SEND training in our Academy to ensure each of our SENDCOs has the highest knowledge and access to all up-to-date materials/documentation. Each child has a plan and through different activities supports the diagnosis as given.  <br>Our app and handover process has been designed to give parents the information and visual record of the experiences their child has had over the day, however, we appreciate that this may have not been enough for your needs and have taken this on to review our process.
