Thank you for taking the time to share your positive feedback about our activities, kind carers & good food choices.
With regards to the fees; the set monthly payment date along with the late fee details are explained in our contract, terms & conditions which are read & signed by parents when they register with us - invoices are issued 14 days before the due date to allow time for queries & reminders for fees due are sent on our app..
We don't apply late fees when previous payment history has been good, we've had open, honest communication that perhaps something unexpected as a "one-off" may have happened & a mutually agreed (for both parties) date is arranged for overdue fees.
With over 250 families registered, as a business sadly a flexible monthly payment system for our customers isn't sustainable as it would seriously compromise our quality & compliance requirements, (eg; non-negotiable monthly outgoings as PPE, arts & crafts, maintenance, training, insurances & staff wages)
