We were so disappointed to receive this review. We have discussed this at length with you via email, by phone and in person. We immediately investigated your concerns and we believed that we had reached a mutual understanding and outcome with you. We also encouraged you to remain with the nursery so that we could demonstrate the exceptional care we provide to over 100 children. We feel that your review contains inaccurate comments which we discussed with you on the phone today. Your son attended our nursery part-time for 5 weeks and within this period we did not see any evidence of him being distressed. We wish your family all the best.
