Thank you for sharing your feedback about our nursery. It's great to hear that you find the staff caring and pleasant, and that you overall have a positive experience at the nursery. Limited walks due to staffing shortages are valid points. Quite often additional staff members are needed when going out on walks due to the ratio's of staff to children needed, and these are not always available.  Regulations and rules are often in place to ensure the safety and well-being of the children, but it's crucial that they are communicated clearly and effectively. Expressing concerns about the cleanliness of the children upon leaving is also important feedback and will be passed on to the nursery.<br>Consider discussing your observations and concerns with the nursery management. They may appreciate your input and might be able to address some of the issues raised. Open communication between between parents and the nursery is key.
