The nursery is being supported daily by several members of the Senior Leadership and Quality Teams and we take the care and wellbeing of our staff very seriously. As communicated recently, staff from our other settings have been supporting the nursery to maintain consistency for the children and we are pleased that one of these colleagues has decided to make this move permanent as they have enjoyed their experience in the setting. We also recently introduced you to our new manager for Thornbury, and we encourage you to meet with her to discuss your concerns and take the opportunity to get to know her and hear her plans/aspirations for the nursery moving forward. We appreciate that it has been a very difficult time over the past few months, and we continue to do all we can to recruit/retain high quality colleagues to provide our children and families with the quality of care and education they expect and deserve.
