We are disappointed that instead of meeting with us, which we offered many times, you have chosen to share your opinions in a public review. We are confident that our staff do not shout, that would be completely against our ethos and policies. All issues that we had to raise with you were dealt with 1) in the best interests of your child and 2) in accordance with safeguarding procedures and legislation.
