There are two sides to every story and our experience of this was quite different. However we do not need to explain that here, it is personal to us/you and we do not feel the need to justify our request which was in line with comments made, queries about notice, emails we received and our previous experience earlier in the year with your custom. The request was politely made in order to help someone who was in great need, urgently requiring a place to avoid a very difficult situation. Your choice to keep notice was accepted and you were invoiced accordingly. We asked to speak to you, tried to speak on the telephone and asked to meet in person. This was all refused which is a great shame as could have been resolved. We wish you all the very best for the future and thank you for choosing us on two occasions this year.
