While your feedback is not wholly complimentary we take it as constructive, so thank you for that. When the Ofsted report was received, we immediately initiated a change plan which was wide-ranging and robust, the benefits of which will percolate through the nursery as time goes by and our team stabilises under their new Manager.  Any change implies unfamiliarity and sometimes anxiety follows with that.  For that reason, I have urged the families who have stayed loyal to our nursery to believe in what we are doing and to encourage and praise our team, the core of which is also loyal.  These are very challenging days after a bitterly disappointing outcome, which was not fully representative of the care provided in the nursery.  We have involved the parents at every step and not shied away from the need to change - thank you to all our families who choose to take that journey with us - you are not letting your children down by staying.
