I am so happy to read your positive comments about helping with your child’s development and confidence building, we do pride ourselves on enhancing all children’s development so that they are ready for school.<br>When we do experience bad weather related incidents, we work closely with the farm to ensure that we are adhering to health and safety regulations, as well as making sure we are providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for the children, as this is always our priority.<br>I do appreciate your feedback concerning access to our mini farmers room and nursery pick up/drop off car parking during busier periods and I understand that this can be very frustrating. I will be liaising with the farm to work on a solution to ensure this is not an issue in future. I do apologise for your experience with our admin team regarding invoicing; this is something that we are all working together to improve as a collective.
