Thank you for your very kind words.<br>I believe that an open and honest approach is the best way forward with childcare, as everyone needs to know where they stand.<br>The staff team caring for your little one have always pushed themselves to know as much about a child as they possibly can so have carried out lots of independent research to work out how best to support your son. It has been amazing to see how much he has come on since he started with us and we look forward to seeing his development over the future months.
