Hi, I'm sorry you feel this way, Our policy is to always give feedback to parents, we would never give negative feedback without a positive to follow this up, it is the golden rule in childcare. Staff would always be truthful about a child's behaviour during their day however, would also understand if your child was struggling to settle or to meet boundaries within the setting and support the child /family around this. Staff would feedback to whoever was collecting in the most gentlest way with a positive ending, sadly this wasn't you on collection.
Just to remind you, 'you haven't had to pay extra as we didn't charge you anything for the 2 weeks your daughter attended our setting'. We also followed your guidelines in your email to us asking us not to claim the funding so you could use it elsewhere.
