We are sorry that you have had a negative experience at Almond House. We pride ourselves on our high standards and quality care and education and take matters like this very seriously.<br>We have a robust nappy-changing policy which was adhered to throughout the day, with your child’s nappy being changed twenty minutes before arrival and a member of our team offered to change before leaving.
