We take all feedback very seriously and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.<br>We are aware of some of the challenges our nursery has faced in the past, and we are working hard to address them. The new manager is working closely with the area manager to support the staff and the children, and we are confident that we are making progress. Our current parents had acknowledged this progress but also from our recent OFSTED Inspection.<br>We are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for all of our children, and we are working to improve our communication with parents. <br>We wish you all the best!
