I’m sorry to read this after you left in January. You gave no indication at the time. We worked to support your son's needs in every possible way. We were happy to allow him to use equipment from home; table, chair and bowl so he was settled at mealtimes. We provided extra staffing when he was in our care and the manager supported him 1:1 at lunchtime as he found that particularly challenging. Occasionally he did have a messy shirt but we agreed, it was not worth distressing him so much in order to change him as you picked up just after lunch. We happily worked with external agencies, like the health visitor, to assist with you looking for additional support, so to hear they advised you to leave the nursery is puzzling. Every child is our number one priority and I am surprised that you believe this not to be the case. At the point of leaving, you did not infer that we had failed to meet your expectations and I am saddened that for some reason you have chosen to tell us 9 months later?
