We are very sorry to hear these concerns especially as your child currently attends our nursery. In relation to the fee increases, these have not been increased since January 21, unfortunately, the cost of living has hit both families and businesses hard. We are a growing nursery and therefore constantly recruiting, staff retention is very good and staff receive good remuneration and benefits. This has also contributed to the fee increase. Management has an open door policy and we are contactable through email and in person whenever needed, there is nothing too small for us to deal with. Our portion sizes follow national guidance and there is the option for seconds. Children self-serve their food as independence is encouraged. We are sorry that you feel your journey so far has not been to your expectation, however, we are confident that moving forward we can work closely together and rebuild your trust.
