We value your feedback and, although your comments make difficult reading, they are important to us and I want to assure you that we have taken what happened very seriously indeed.<br>  <br>We sincerely apologise again that this incident took place and for the distress it has caused. As you know the circumstances have been thoroughly investigated and a full inspection of the nursery by the Care Inspectorate has now taken place. <br> <br>As a result of what happened and following of our review we've introduced a range of measures including additional training for all our staff members to ensure the highest standards of care and safety are met and have introduced new leadership into the nursery.
