Thank you for taking the time to write a review.  We take all comments seriously and we can assure our parents that we listen and respond to concerns.  With this in mind, we personally discussed this complaint during our most recent Ofsted inspection. At the end of the inspection, the inspector concluded that the children are content and settled. Managers and staff place a high priority on supporting the children's well-being. Leaders have designed an interesting and varied curriculum that builds on what children already know and can do. Staff meet the personal needs of children with dignity and respect. Staff organise innovative learning experiences for children and parents speak very highly of the nursery. Our inspection took place in July 2023. Going forward, we will always continue to strive to achieve the very best for every child in our care.
