Hello Maria We just wanted to reassure you, following a complaint to Ofsted, they were in touch with us. We provided all the necessary documentation and evidence to show the facts to satisfy them of any concerns that you had. They looked into everything and closed this case. We were not given any areas to improve upon. As a result of your complaint however, we reviewed our practice to ensure the team continue to provide high-quality care and education and have found that they are doing everything they should be and more to ensure our families remain well cared for. We pride ourselves on our high standards, and our reviews speak for themselves. It is sad to see this review and to know that you are so upset, especially as we had such a good working relationship with you and we all miss seeing your daughter at nursery.
