We have devoted extra investment and resources to address this issue and believe Hopscotch's record in recruitment and retention is on a par with the best providers across the country. On fees, we cannot comment on the assertion that there's been a 42% increase without knowing how this is calculated. Our session prices increased by 7% in 2022 and between 8% and 10% in 2023.These increases were comparable to those levied by other local providers. We are providing all meals and consumables within our pricing. Our consumable charge is increasing to £2.70 an hour from 01.09.2023. We are having to make this increase due to rising costs and underfunding by the government.  We are mindful that the cost of our provision must always be competitive and we are confident we are. Our occupancy level in July 2023 was 85.1%
