Dear Natalie, we are sorry you feel unable to recommend our nursery after such a short period of time with us. We take all concerns very seriously and spoke to you as soon as you raised your concerns with us and also offered to have a face to face meeting with yourself and our nursery manager, which you did not take up. Unfortunately you removed your child with immediate affect, without giving us the opportunity to discuss how your child was settling into nursery. We do send regular newsletters to our parents updating them on changes and we do this in a timely manner. We wish you all the best for the future.
