We are always open to feedback & questions & welcome parents open communication.<br>Our fees are based around our occupancy allowance & business outgoings to ensure we are sustainable & quality isn't compromised either in our service or retaining our fantastic staff. <br>If we were to offer a reduced rate for an 11.15am start we would loose the income of the AM fee & as we cannot exceed the registered number of children on our premises at any one time the only way we could re-coop this is to either fill the short-fall of spaces with an 8am-11am session (which is not desirable or useful for parents) or increase the cost of the 11.15am start session to cover the loss of income.<br>Our parents usually support their fee's with the 30hrs Childcare Offer funding & Tax Free Childcare government scheme to significantly reduce their monthly fees.
