Providing children with the best start in life is of paramount importance to us and we are sorry that the additional measures put in place by the nursery as per your requests, have not improved your experience.<br>As we navigate the ongoing challenge of industry-wide staffing shortages we've had to rely on agency staff to maintain appropriate staffing ratios in the rooms. However, we're excited to share that in the upcoming weeks, we're welcoming new team members, which will reduce the need for agency staff.<br>We understand that you are still attending our nursery and we want to assure you that we are committed to providing your child with the best possible care and we are aware that you have a meeting next week with the Area Director to discuss your concerns further.
