We have recently lost two staff members to maternity leave, and our company policy of promoting from within means that sometimes staff members may move to one of our other settings for their own Professional Development. Our records reflect that any nappy rashes recorded have been communicated and dealt with, and our staff are always more than happy to work with parents to help support children with recurring nappy rashes.
